Our Products


SOLE Lisboa products are 100% Portuguese, always using high quality materials.

The choice of knits, fabrics and accessories is always made with two important premises: sustainability and quality, ensuring durability and comfort in each piece.

We strive to make product images as realistic as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the images you see displayed on your screen are a completely accurate representation of the actual merchandise due to technical differences in the monitors or screens you may be using, among other reasons.

How to Order


Open the page of the item you want to buy. Select your size

Click on “Add”. This will add the model to your cart.

You can continue to browse more models. Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase, check your shopping cart (top right corner of your screen).

Then, just fill in the required fields and proceed to payment. You do not need to be registered to buy from SOLE Lisboa, but if you do, you can save your details and simplify the process for your next purchases.

After successful payment using one of the available payment methods, you will receive an email (check SPAM) confirming your order. If you choose the Multibanco Reference payment option, you will receive an email with the corresponding reference, so you can make the payment within 1 hour of your purchase. If you choose the MBWAY option (valid only for accounts in Portugal), you must enter your telephone number associated with MBWAY and then authorize the payment in the app.

When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a new email confirming the shipment.

Later, our carrier will send another email/whatsapp with the tracking number of your order. (check SPAM)

Parcel Delivery


After payment is successfully made, your order will begin to be processed and will be dispatched within the next two business days.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email informing you that it has been shipped. At that moment, the estimated delivery time starts counting, depending on the destination.

ATTENTION: For shipments outside the European Union, SOLE Lisboa is not responsible for delays and customs charges. These are the responsibility of the customer. Should you decide not to pay these charges and reject the order, you will incur a fine of €60 associated with the costs of returning the goods to their origin, which will be deducted from the return value.
