All purchases made at the SOLE Lisboa physical store or online store at www.solelisboa.com are subject to Portuguese legislation.
SOLE Lisboa accepts exchanges/returns of items within the timeframes mentioned below and according to the store where the items were purchased.
For an exchange/return to be carried out successfully, the item must be delivered in perfect condition, in the same way as it was sold and accompanied by the respective invoice.
No exchanges/returns will be made for items that have been altered, washed, used, have odors or are in any way damaged due to misuse.

SOLE Lisboa is not responsible for the misuse of its articles, nor for their incorrect washing. We always suggest that you consult the CARE AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS section.
Before each purchase, we also suggest that you consult the SIZE GUIDE section, so that you can make the most informed purchase possible.

The physical store and the online store work with different stocks and are subject to different regulations. -
Physical store
In the case of exchanges made in a physical store, the customer has 14 consecutive days after the purchase to make the exchange.
We do not accept cash refunds in our physical stores. The amount will be refunded in the form of a SOLE Lisbon gift voucher that can be used for 1 year.
If the customer exchanges an item for another of lower value, the difference will also be returned in the form of a gift voucher.
Exchanges made in the physical store are limited to the stock available in the physical store at the time of the exchange. -
Online store
In accordance with decree-law no. 24/2014, of February 14, the customer has 14 consecutive days to cancel their order or, after receiving it at the chosen address, request an exchange/return.
Different devices may influence the color of the image and therefore it may not correspond 100% to reality.
In printed articles, the position of the design may vary within the same model.
Items purchased in the online store www.solelisboa.com can be exchanged and returned in the physical store (without associated costs) if the customer so wishes, without prior information that they will do so, within the aforementioned deadlines.
If you choose to return the item in store, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
For online exchanges/returns, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that items be sent to us by courier or registered mail.
We do not make reservations and, for this reason, the item will only be out of stock at the time the exchange is processed. The exchange will only be carried out when we receive the item at our facilities and it successfully passes our quality control. -

Once the item arrives at our logistics center and successfully passes our quality control, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
Returns must be processed within a maximum period of 10 working days after receipt of the item.
When exchanges are sent outside the European Union, SOLE Lisboa is not responsible for delays and customs costs.
These are the responsibility of the client. -
